Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General provisions
1.1. These online store terms and conditions (the Terms) constitute a legally binding document between the Buyer and the Seller and establish the rights and obligations of the parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct, or supplement these Terms at any time. The Buyer will be informed of changes to the Terms on the online store website.

2. Formation of the sale and purchase agreement
2.1. The sale and purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer creates and submits an order for goods in the online store after reviewing these Terms.

3. Rights of the Seller
3.1. If significant circumstances arise, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability, or security of the online store, or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store without notice.

4. Obligations of the Seller
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the online store services, the operation of which is governed by these Terms.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer using the delivery method selected by the Buyer and in accordance with these Terms.
4.3. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the Seller from delivering goods ordered through the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the sale and purchase agreement after informing the Buyer. The Seller may offer an equivalent product. If the Buyer declines it, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid within 3 business days.
4.4. When the Buyer exercises the right provided for in clause 5.2 of these Terms, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid within 5 (five) business days from the date the returned product is received.
4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

5. Rights of the Buyer
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Terms.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a sale and purchase agreement concluded through the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery.
5.3. The Buyer may exercise the right specified in clause 5.2 only if the product has not been damaged, its appearance has not materially changed, and it has not been used.

6. Obligations of the Buyer
6.1. The Buyer must pay for and accept the purchased goods in accordance with these Terms.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the Buyer must cover the return costs at the Seller’s request.
6.3. At the time of delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the parcel and the product or products together with the Seller or the person delivering the parcel.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that they agree to and must comply with these Terms.

7. Prices
7.1. Product prices in the online store are stated in euros and include VAT. Once an order is confirmed, a delivery charge will be added to the total price where applicable.

8. Ordering and payment
8.1. The Buyer selects the desired goods in the online store and adds them to the shopping cart. After creating the cart, the Buyer enters the personal data required to fulfil the order: first name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and any additional information relevant to delivery. The Buyer confirms that they have reviewed these Terms and submits the order.
8.3. Payment can be made using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, or Šiaulių Bankas online banking services, as well as Visa and Mastercard payment cards. Payments are accepted in euros and processed through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

9. Delivery of goods
9.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.
9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods personally. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods personally but they are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer, the Buyer may not make a claim regarding delivery to an incorrect person.
9.3. The Seller delivers goods in accordance with the timeframes stated in the product descriptions.
9.4. The characteristics of all goods are stated in their descriptions. The Seller is not responsible if the colour, shape, or other characteristics of goods displayed in the online store differ from their actual size, shape, or colour due to the characteristics of the Buyer’s monitor.
9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the sale and purchase agreement, all amounts paid by the Buyer, including delivery costs paid by the Buyer, will be refunded.

10. Returns
10.1. Goods of satisfactory quality may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defects in goods of unsatisfactory quality are remedied, and such goods are replaced or returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. The following conditions must be met when returning goods:
10.2.1. The returned product must be in its original, tidy packaging, except where a defective product is being returned;
10.2.2. The product must not have been damaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The product must be unused and retain its saleable appearance, with labels and protective films intact, except where a defective product is being returned;
10.2.4. The returned product must include the same components as when received by the Buyer, except where a defective product is being returned;
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse returned goods if the return conditions have not been followed;
10.2.6. Goods must be returned using the method specified by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt. This does not apply to defective goods, which may be returned within the statutory warranty period;
10.3. The return and exchange of goods of satisfactory quality are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
10.4. Amounts paid for goods accepted and subsequently refused by the Buyer will be refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than 5 (five) days after the goods are returned to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.

11. Final provisions
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Terms and the relationship between the parties arising from them are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. Any disputes arising from the performance of these Terms will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.4. The parties are released from their obligations under these Terms if performance is prevented by unforeseen circumstances beyond the parties’ control (force majeure).
