Returns and Refunds

We value our customers’ opinions and feedback. If you are not satisfied with the taste of our product, contact us within 14 calendar days and we will refund your money.

When returning products, the following conditions must be met:

• Before returning or exchanging a product, email us at eshop@nutvila.lt and state the reason for the return or exchange;
• the returned product must be in its original, tidy packaging;
• the returned product must include the same contents and components as when it was received;
• the returned product must be clean;
• the returned product must not be past its expiry date.
