Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, products will be delivered to you on a recurring basis according to the subscription duration and frequency you selected. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. You can cancel the subscription if you do not wish to renew it.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription. See our Refund Policy for more information about returns and refunds.
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or upcoming product that is not yet available. At checkout, we may request no payment or a partial deposit, store your payment method, fulfil the order later, and then charge the full or remaining amount due.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund. See our Refund Policy for more information.
Try before you buy
When you select a try-before-you-buy option, we authorise your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a specified period to decide whether to keep the product. If the product is not returned by the end of that period, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
