Crispy biscuits with almond nut cream


  • 200 grams of almond nut cream
  • 100 g of butter at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 60 g of almond flour
  • 110 g of plain flour
  • 140 g of fine unrefined brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda + 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt


  • Mix butter with sugar until smooth, then add almond butter and salt. 
  • Spread the egg and add it to the total mass, mix baking soda with lemon juice (hidden in baking soda), ground almonds and flour. 
  • Knead the mass well, form a ball and place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oven up to 180 ° C. 
  • Form biscuits using a spoon and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
