General provisions
1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legal document binding on the Parties, which establishes the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and Seller to the Buyer when purchasing goods in e-shop.
1.2. The seller reserves the right to modify, amend or supplement the rules at any time, taking into account the legal requirements. The buyer is informed by e-shop website. The Shop Rules are applicable at the time of placing the order. 1.3. To purchase at this e-shop are able with the right: 1.3.1. physical persons, i.e., persons who have reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not restricted by law; 1.3.2. legal entities;
1.3.3. Authorized representatives of all the above mentioned persons.
1.4. The seller, also approving the rules, also guarantees that, in accordance with Rule 1.3. , the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in e-shop.
1.5. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment when the Buyer has created the shopping cart in the shop, having indicated the delivery address, choosing a payment method and familiar with Seller's rules, clicks on the button "Confirm order".
1.6. Each contract concluded between Buyer and Seller is protected in e-shop.
Protection of personal data
2.1. Order goods in e-shop Buyer are able:
2.1.1. by registering in this e-shop - while entering the data requested in the registration;
2.1.2. without registering in the e-shop.
2.2. Buyer ordering goods in the ways provided by the Rules 2.1, in the information fields provided by the Seller, must indicate the Customer's personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order of the goods: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and valid email address.
2.3. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer agrees that 2.2. The Customer's personal data provided in the item is processed for the sale of goods and services by e-shop, salespoint activities analysis and direct marketing.
2.4. By agreeing that the Customer's personal data is processed by the seller of the goods and services for the purpose of the shop, the Buyer also agrees that by his Email and phone number will be sent informational announcements necessary for ordering goods.
2.5. Buyer, by registering in e-shop and ordering goods, undertakes to protect and not disclose any login details.
Buyer's rights and obligations
3.1. Buyer has the right to purchase goods in e- shop according these Rules and other information fields provided in the website.
3.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.
3.3. If the data provided in the Customer's registration form changes, the Buyer must immediately update them.
3.4. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer to third parties their login data. If the Buyer loses his login information, he must immediately inform the Dealer of the means of communication specified in the "Contacts" section.
3.5. Buyer using e-store agrees with these Buy-Selling Rules and undertakes to comply with them and do not violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
Seller rights and obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the e-shop services.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the Seller's e-store the stability and security of the shop or breach of its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the e-shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Customer's registration.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy right to the Personal Information provided by the Buyer, specified in the e-shop registration form.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated by the Buyer.
Product quality, warranties
5.1. Every item in the e-shop is collectively referred to the product description of each item.
5.2. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods in the e-shop may not match the size, shape and color of the goods in their color, shape or other parameters due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
5.3. If the seller does not provide a quality guarantee for certain types of goods, the relevant legislation provides for a guarantee.
Buyer and seller liability
6.1. The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller is not liable for the consequences arising there from and acquires the right to demand direct damages from the Buyer.
6.2. The buyer is responsible for the actions taken using this e-shop.
6.3. By registering the Buyer is responsible for transferring your login data to third parties. If the The services provided by the e-shop are used by a third party who has joined the e-shop using Buyer login details, the Seller considers this person as a Buyer.
6.4. The seller is exempted from any liability in cases where the loss arises from the fact that the Buyer, despite the Seller's recommendations and the obligations of the Buyer, did not understand these Rules, although such a possibility was granted to him.
6.5. If Seller's e-store has links to other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities contained therein, they do not oversee, control, and do not represent these companies and individuals.
6.6. In case of damage, the damaged Party shall indemnify the other Party for direct losses.
Marketing and information
7.1. The seller can initiate for various promotions in e-store.
7.2. The seller has the right to change the terms of the shares unilaterally, without any notice, and cancel them. Any change or withdrawal of the terms and conditions of the shares is only valid, i.e. from the moment of their execution.
7.3. The Seller sends all notices by means of the means indicated in the Customer's registration form.
7.4. The buyer sends all messages and questions to Seller's e-store "Contacts" section to the provided phone number and e-mail.
7.5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive sent information or confirmation messages regarding the Internet connection, the network of suppliers of e-mail services.

8. The following conditions must meet when returning goods to the buyer:
8.1. In order to return or change the goods, please contact us first: info@nutvila.lt and indicate the reasons for the return / change; or fill out an electronic form.
8.2. The returned goods must be placed in original, orderly packaging;
8.3. The returned goods must be the same equipment as the Buyer receives;
8.4. The returned goods must be clean;
8.5.The durability date of the returned goods must not expire;
8.6. Submit a written request to indicate the desire to repay the money paid by the Buyer or to replace the good quality product;
8.7. A document confirming the purchase of the goods (invoice, document confirming the acceptance of the goods).
8.8. The seller has the right not to accept the Goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for the return of goods specified in Article.
8.9. Returning the received product and / or defective product, the Seller undertakes to withdraw such goods and replace them with similar eligible goods.
8.10. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable goods for the replacement, the Buyer shall be reimbursed the amount paid, not including the price for delivery.
Delivery methods
9.1. Goods in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania are delivered by LP Express courier or self-service. Delivery of items to the LP Express terminal or post office costs 2.5 EUR with VAT.
Delivery of courier bills at the recipient's address is 3.5 EUR including VAT.
9.2. Goods are delivered to the Buyer within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the payment for the goods, and the EU countries within 14 business days.
9.3 When choosing a delivery service, the buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
9.4. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer can not accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to express Seller's claims regarding the delivery of the goods to the unfit entity.
9.5 The goods are delivered by the Seller or the Seller's authorized representative (courier).
9.6. The seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. These terms are preliminary and also do not apply in cases where the Seller's warehouse does not have the required goods and the Buyer is informed about the lack of ordered goods. In addition, the Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, the presentation of the goods may delay due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and to agree on the conditions for the presentation of the goods.
9.7. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not presented to the Buyer or are not delivered in due time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
9.8. The Buyer must, in all cases, immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is presented in a molded or otherwise damaged package, if the consignment contains unpackaged goods or inappropriate quantities, partly completed goods.
9.9. In any case, the buyer must, at the time of delivery, notice the packaging irregularities, must indicate the remarks in the courier's delivery document or write a separate act for these violations. This Buyer must do with the courier. In the absence of such action, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for violations of the goods related to packaging violations not specified by the Buyer in the courier delivery document.
9.10. EU countries delivery price is 20 Eur.
9.11. Free shipping from 19 EUR order value in Lithuania.
Payment methods
10.1. Buyer are able to purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
10.2. The Agreement becomes valid from the moment when the Buyer clicks the "Confirm order" button, and upon receipt of the order the Seller confirms it - sends a confirmation letter to the e-mail indicated by the Buyer.
10.3. Price list in the e-shop and in the order form is indicated in EUR, including VAT.
10.4. The buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
using e-banking, paypal payment system or credit card.
10.5. The buyer undertakes to pay the goods immediately. Only upon receipt of payment for goods the parcel of goods is started to be formed and the delivery term of the goods starts to run.
Final Provisions
11.1 These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods are concluded in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disputes arising from the execution of these Rules shall be resolved by negotiation. Failing to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
